How Registration Works
We run an online casino platform where players can open an account, deposit and play straight from a browser. Before funds can be added, we need some basic personal details, contact verification and a one-time currency choice.
Registration starts when you select the sign up button on our homepage. A short form opens in a new window. The information you enter is saved in your profile and later used for identity checks, transaction processing and account management.
Creating Your Account
Go to our website and look for the registration button. Click it and the form appears on screen.
You will see checkboxes for our terms of service and privacy policy. Mark these as accepted before continuing. Then type in your first and last name exactly as shown on your official ID, without extra symbols or nicknames. Add an email address that you can open immediately, since we might send a confirmation link there.
Next, enter your mobile number in international format with the Canadian country code. Create a password that follows the length and character rules, mixing letters, numbers and symbols. Choose CAD from the currency dropdown during signup.
Set your country, then fill in your city and full residential address. Complete the CAPTCHA, check your details once more and submit the form.
A one-time SMS code may be sent to your phone after submission. Type this code into the verification screen before it expires so the account becomes active. In some registration flows an email with a confirmation link is sent as well, and you need to click it to finish activation.
Verifying Your Contacts
Phone number and email verification may be required during signup. SMS codes usually arrive within about a minute. If you see no message, confirm that the phone number is correct and that your device accepts texts from international senders.
For email, open your inbox and find the message from us, then click the link inside. This step can appear alongside SMS verification or slightly later. If the email is missing from the main inbox, check spam, promotions and similar folders too.
Once the phone and email are confirmed, the system moves you to your personal dashboard. From there you can see your balance, adjust profile data and use functions like deposit, withdrawals, game selection and bonus activation.
Linking a Payment Method
A payment method must be linked to your account before deposits can be made, if required by the platform. After successful registration, we show a screen where you can pick one of the supported deposit options.
Payment aggregators and infrastructure integration are important when launching an online casino, ensuring smooth transaction processing for all users.
| Payment Step | Action Required |
|---|---|
| Method selection | Choose card or alternative from the list |
| Detail entry | Enter card number, expiry date, CVV |
| Amount input | Set your deposit amount in CAD |
| Confirmation | Review details and approve the payment |
Card information is entered into the payment section of your account. Once you confirm the CAD amount, the system processes the transaction. For card deposits, funds usually reach your balance within a few minutes so you can start playing without long waits.
Security Settings
After the first login we strongly advise adjusting your security options. All of this is available in the security area of your dashboard.
Two-factor authentication adds a second step when you access the account. Besides your password, you also type in a code from an authenticator app or from an SMS. This extra check significantly reduces risk if someone gets hold of your main login data.
You can change your password at any time. We apply minimum complexity rules: combination of upper and lower case letters, digits and special characters. Updating your password regularly makes the profile more resilient.
In session monitoring you can view active logins and devices currently connected to your account. If something looks strange or unfamiliar, you can end those sessions remotely.
Profile and Documents
In some cases, after you create your account we ask you to complete several additional profile fields before all functions become available. This follows common verification practice used across the industry and may be required for payment processing.
Document upload usually means sending us a government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driver’s license. Sometimes you also provide proof of address - for example a utility bill or bank statement that shows your name and address. These files are uploaded through the account section, where our verification team then reviews them.
Review time depends on workload and on how clear the documents are. When the check is done, we notify you through email or internal messages. Once verification is approved, full withdrawal options open up and deposit limits may be adjusted.
